TABATA - This high-intensity format features 4 circuits designed to push your limits and elevate your endurance. Each round blends strength and cardio intervals using Tabata-style timing—either 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off or 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Expect heart-pumping movement, powerful pacing, and total-body results.

CHIPPER - This total-body challenge is all about endurance and mental grit. You’ll "chip away" at a set list of high-rep movements—one exercise at a time—until it’s complete. Expect minimal rest, maximum effort, and a satisfying burn as you work your way down the list. Every rep counts and every round brings you closer to the finish.

BOOTCAMP - This dynamic, station-based circuit class is built for full-body strength, power, and endurance. Move through timed intervals at each station—each targeting different muscle groups with a mix of equipment and cardio. Expect a high-energy atmosphere, team-style motivation, and a serious sweat.
