  • You’ll find us at 465 S Main Street, Suite 200 (Level 2 & 3), Fort Worth, TX 76104.

    Entrance: Use the door on Tucker Street, located on the side of the building (not the front).

    Parking: Free street parking is available, along with a complimentary open lot across the street at 450 S Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

    • Wear comfortable workout attire you can move in.

    • Grip socks are required for Reformer classes.

    • Bring a water bottle for classes.

    We have grip socks available for purchase in our retail area.

    We have mats and towels complimentary around the studio.

  • Mat classes must be canceled 2 hours before class starts.

    Reformer classes must be canceled 6 hours before class starts.

    For cancellations made after the cancellation cut-off times, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, your pass will be forfeited and you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. All cancellation charges will be charged automatically through Momence.

  • All class cancellations must be made by the client through the Momence app or your online Momence profile. We will not accept cancellations via text, email, DMs, or in person.


    Our team cannot process cancellations via text, email, DMs, or in person if the cancellation window has passed.


    Late cancel and no-show fees still apply unless a system error can be verified.

  • When you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend class if a spot opens.


    Please remove yourself from the list if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.


    For early morning classes, we recommend removing yourself before bed if you’re unsure—spots can open overnight.

  • If a spot opens within 60 minutes of class, you’ll receive a text notification.
    The first to reply YES secures the spot—so keep an eye on your phone if you’re hoping to get in!

    • Memberships are billed every 4 weeks and have a 3-month minimum commitment.

    • Clients must submit a written cancellation request to info@formatfortworth.com at least 2 weeks before the end of the contract term.

    • Memberships, drop-ins, and intro offers are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Member Usage Agreement (e.g., relocation, death).

    • Front desk may not approve cancellations or refunds—please direct all requests to the info@ inbox.

    • All intro offers are non- refundable.

    All memberships, offers and classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Yes—members may request to freeze their membership for up to 3 months in one annual year.

    To request a freeze, email info@formatfortworth.com.

    • Intro offers, memberships, class packs, drop ins and wellness services services are non-refundable.

    • Refunds may only be issued in the event of a billing error and must be approved by leadership.

    Retail returns are accepted within 14 days, only if items are unworn with tags attached.

  • Yes. Please discuss with your medical professional/doctor before attending classes.

    Class Styles - please pay attention the heat in our class rooms.

    Please inform your instructor before class so they can provide safe modifications and additional support.

  • If you have any injuries, please inform your instructor before class or reach out to our athletic training specialist tricia@formatfortworth.com.

    We strongly recommend obtaining clearance from your doctor or medical professional before attending and understanding any movement limitations.

    While our instructors will do their best to offer modifications, please note that FORMAT is a group fitness environment and we are not able to provide individualized instruction or treatment during class.

  • The minimum age to attend classes is 16 years old.
